God Loves NHS

God Loves NHS conferences are one day events where Christians who work for the NHS can get together for an inspiring and uplifting day where they can receive for themselves and get revamped!

The aim of the conferences is to portray God’s heart for NHS workers, to enable them to feel valued and worth more than they may feel.

The NHS is third largest employer in the world, and is an amazing organisation to have, however the demand on workers is immense at times and will only increase.

Keynote Speaker: John Wyatt

Professor of Ethics & Perinatology at University College London,

John has worked as a paediatrician in the NHS for 30 years, concentrating on the care of newborn babies and the prevention of brain injury.  He is currently Professor of Ethics and Perinatology at University College London and is chair of the Ethics Study Group of the Christian Medical Fellowship.

Other speakers include Prof Chris Summerton, Adrian Miles (Transform Work UK), Steve Fouch (CMF) and Sue Heatherington (Former PCT and local Health Board Chief Executive).

The event is hosted by Chris & Helen Cotton, Jude Stone and Chris Atkins who are members of St Thomas’ Church and all work within the NHS.
